Frequently asked questions

  • Surface repairs and stitching attract a nominal cost. Between $50 & $60 + GST depending on the service. There is a call out fee on top of the repair cost.

    Recliner parts are priced on availability. We will come to your home to diagnose what it wrong with your recliner. We will charge a call out fee for this service. If you decide to go ahead with the repair we wont charge an additional call out fee to come back and fit the part unless you are on the Bass Coast.

    Call out fees are $125.00 + GST payable on the day.

  • We service the Mornington Peninsula, Parts of Casey, Monash, Stonnington and Bayside. We will service the Bass Coast for an additional surcharge.

  • We repair cat scratches, scuffs, peeling, discoloration, dye and ink transfers to name a few.

  • Stitching repairs mainly. Although we will remove pilling as well. The cost of stitching repairs start at $50 + GST and also attract a call out fee of $125 + GST.

  • Yes we will do minor frame repairs. Call us to discuss and costs are usually charged out at an hourly rate plus the costs or parts and GST.
